  1. Thank you, I'm 14 days post op and still having this problem . I'm a very clean person so this is very disrupting for me. I have such a keen smell. If I can smell me how bad do I really smell? I haven't been in public too much because of this. Dr Kim sd the breath can last up to 30 days. I pray this goes away soon! I want to be healthily and slim just not stinky
  2. Sorry forgot to say thank you Tami
  3. I had my surgery on 12/20/13 at Baylor trophy club. Dr Kim and dr Holden did my surgery. So far it's been good except for a few side effects like nausea, diarrhea and bad breath but other than that going great. I have not retuned to wk yet because of the nausea it's been pretty extremed. I'll probably go back on Monday. I live in Euless/ ft worth and work in Irving
  4. I am 14 days Postop and my diet consist of full liquids. I'm so hungry!!! I feel like I just want to eat everything. I attempt to get protein down, buts hard. I have a lot of trouble just getting plain water down. I attempt to drink 32 ounces or more water per day however I'm lucky to get down one bottle of 16 ounces. I still have another wk on this phase I'm burned out on mushy foods and creamed soups. And on day 21 I can start soft foods but I will have to purée the meat. I was told that during surgery they would be removing most of the hunger hormones... My foot I'm starving. I've recluse to my rm. Is anyone else going thru this?
  5. Thank you! I sure pray this passes soon before I go back to wk. I would hate for the ppl to talk abt me
  6. I would love to be buddies I live in the DWF area in Euless. Dr Kim did my surgery
  7. I also forgot to mention I have a very low tolerance to pain. So for me to say its minimal pain. I truly mean it
  8. That was my biggest fear too was the pain. I had my surgery on 12/20/13 and I must say that it was almost painless. I had a revision to the lap band (lap band removed) to the sleeve. My lap band surgery was so much more painful. After my surgery when I was in recovery dr Kim had the anesthesiologist give me a pain block that last over 24 hrs. So when I came too I felt nothing I walked every hr on the hr. I honestly could have went back to wk that following Thursday. The first two days I was a lil sore and tender when getting in and out of bed but very lil to no pain when walking, standing ect. When I came Hm from hospital I would walk my block. Walking really does help wk out the soreness. I hope this helps you and puts u at ease before your surgery
  9. The dos I wt 256.5 when I came Hm from surgery the next day I at 263 I had gained 7lb. I was so mad and upset because I just couldn't not understand. As of today I'm down 14lb. Dr said its because they pump you full of fluid in the hospital and your swollen from the procedure too. I would not worry with the wt gain. I know that it's upsetting but the wt will come off once the swelling goes down
  10. Hello all, I'm new to this app and happy it's out here. I had my surgery 12/20/13 and as of today I'm down 14 lbs. my surgery went well, minimal pain however I've had extreme diarrhea and nausea real bad...do any of you know how long this will last? Also I've never had body Odor and I have been takeing two to three showers a day due to arm pit odor ( I use Mitchum, very strong deodorant) and bad breath too I brush constantly and it doesn't help. Anyone else having these issues? Any advise would be great
