I originally went through the process for the lap band in 2011 but the surgeon I was going to wouldn't do the surgery cause I didn't have any sucess with losing weight so I stopped and then my surgeon for the sleeve surgery, his office called me in November of 2012 and since i did everything to qualify me for the surgery in 2011 I was able to get it in January of 2013. So it was like a 3 year thing for me but it is inly suppose to take 6 months to get insurance to approve it

  3. I think the butter idea is awesome too. I think ill try something like that. Thank you guys its just so hard to believe its real, like I'm going to wake up and ill be big again
  4. How far through the process are you?
  5. I am almost a year out on my surgery, I am 100 pounds down but I still feel like I'm the 330 pound girl who started this journey. I weighed 397 before surgery and as of today I'm at 205. Can anyone give tips to help me realize in not 330 pounds anymore
