I am looking for people in the Franklin, Thompson's Station, Spring Hill area. I am looking for a support group or a group of people interested in starting a peer support group in the area. I recently moved here and do not like having to go into the Nashville for meetings. Where I moved from had a peer group that was not with any one doctor or practice, it was open to anyone who had a band or was thinking about getting one. If anyone is out there who already meets or would like to get together, please let me know. msm1961

Jonathan, I just relocated to Nashville earlier this year. I was banded by Dr. Malley on 2/2/06. I have been looking for a support group in the Franklin/Spring Hill area and have not found on yet. I am still going back to Dr. Malley for fills. The issue is the coverage by insurance. It is cheaper for me to go back then pay here. I beleive it is called the Centennial Center for the Treatment of Obesity that is the cheapest (?) place for fills. Let me know when you get moved. Marilyn
