  1. its been awile since i too posted,having my husband in and out of hospital made trying to stick to the right foods very hard all the good stuff was easier and quicker to eat,i lost him in january and it is just now that i am getting back to healthier eating ,would like to be at goal by summer sandra..........
  2. hi kellie that would be great,seing what a good job your surgeon has done if i go ahead will use him dont need the breast reduction as i had one a few years ago sandra......
  3. fleur having my band was the best thing ihave ever done i wish i would have done it years ago,the pain wasnt to bad just uncomfortable getting up and down was the hardest but when you go on the scales and see the weight dropping off it makes it all worth while good luck sandra..........
  4. hi kelly you are looking great,will be watching your progress as i would like a T/T too i had my band done in the same hospital so it would be handy for me to go back there for the T/T and have a doc that has done good work take it easy sandra......
  5. it dosnt matter if you loose fast or slow it is still a loss before banding i would loose then put straight back on now i loose then i might stay the same for awile but havnt put any back on i luv my band sandra...........
  6. hi good luck all you april bandsters,i was lucky didnt have to do a preop diet, amourette where in NZ are you from,we go over quite often to auckland as we have family luv it was married there sandra......

  12. hi i had a breast reduction done about 8 years ago went from a 18DD to a 18C,my surgeon said the smallest he would take me to was a c cup incase afterwards i lost weight and went smaller ,when i put on weight i went up to a 20C but now i am back down to a 16C,there was no pain at all from the op as its mainly fat they are removing all scarring is under the breast and you cant see any around nipple area ,the good thing now that i have lost weight my bust is still ok so i wouldnt need a opp there atall now the tummy thats another matter lol sandra.........
  13. hi i have ben losing steadily for the last 9 months and i know if i didnt have the band i would be putting it all back on again sandra.........
  14. i was the same the only thing i did was take the gas pill and walk up and down the house sandra........
