I am in cleveland I have caresource now but come oct I plan on switching to molina ( bmi 44) no comorbities. Don't really have a pcp but been going to a dr for a diet program past 2 months. How can I go about finding a bariatric dr and can I start my 6 months with caresource now and switch at open enrollment

i am looking into being sleeved late march, i havent chose a doctor yet but i'm going toward dr kelly, ortiz, or garcia. How soon should i schedule my surgery and how much of a down payment do i need, also any information/ websites i can do so

i havent schedule mine yet but i want to go between the 24-28th dr undecided, how far in advance should i schedule and how much of a down payment did you pay
