  1. I totally agree with music1618. Lately, I have to remind myself that this is a journey and to stop beating myself up about some of my food choices. Also, beating myself up about not losing weight as fast as I think I should be loosing... I have learned that I must learn how to deal with my anxiety issues other than using food. So, ChrisG take some deep breaths and try to interrupt the reflex for reaching for food to soothe... Much success!
  2. Yes, I have a sunken area on my left side, and yes I too experienced pain on left side - lots of it. I believe this was mostly due to haveing two surgeris within three months (removing band and RNY) also pain because of inflammation. My advice is to take your pain meds as prescribed and of course follow your doctor’s orders. The Best of Luck to you on your new journey!
