What's the Hardest Part?
Worst part for me was the first 6 weeks. I didn't really know what to eat since I hated anything Protein related. But I made it thru, 230 down to 125 and I still have all my locs lol Loving life right now ♡♡♡

1 year 6 months post opt corrective surgery.
My journey was ruff in allot of spots. I began with a sleeve and ended up having to get a gastric bypass due to complications. After which I had to have 3 more surgeries due to needing my gallbladder removed and reparation of a hernia. I had some low points and then some really low points but now I'm definitely riding my high points. I've wanted to give up, I cried, regretted my decision but then things began to get easier. I started healing and was able to really stay working out. Things were slow at first but I'm pleased with my progress. Hopefully by documenting my results I'll be able to help someone else that's on their way to a low point. Remember you do this for no one but yourself so don't cheat yourself, treat yourself ♡♡♡♡ to a better way of living.

I Want To See Before & After Pics!
Insert blush here---->♡♡♡ lol thanks for the compliment. When I got to my goal weight I lost 10 additional pounds to be later added back as muscle. (Still working on that) I hit the gym at least 3 times a week when I'm there I do about 15 mins of cardio, then 30-45 is spenton on free weights, machine assisted dips and pull ups, squats and tummy exercises. I also do kick boxing classes/ Tae Bo (once in a blue) and when I'm not in the gym I'm home on my Xbox connect working out to my Zumba game. No special lotions, but if you run across some let me know lol.

I Want To See Before & After Pics!
Hi, ask any question you like my dear. And that's a no so far on plastic surgery, but in a year or two I would definitely like to look into a boob job. I do have some loose skin but the trade off is so worth it. Plus unless I plan on walking around in a g string (which I'm way to old for) I'll be just fine with the lose skin I do have lol

Stay weight 230, current weight 125 and loving it! 1st pic, size 18, 1x-2x and not very happy. 2nd pic, size 5 in juniors, extra small and I'm happy beyond words. On a funny note, I could never find my size b4, and now I'm having trouble finding extra smalls now lol. However the grass is definitively greener on the slimmer side of things lol. Hello
Due to complications I was first sleeved in March of 2012 then 3 months later I had to have the bypass done. It's was rough healing wise but looking back, well worth it. With the sleeve I wasn't able to keep any thing down, throwing up constantly to the point I developed a hernia smh. Is been a long hard road but I'm better for it. Start weight 230, current weight 125. From a size 18 in plus to a 5 in juniors, I'm soo not complaining. The first 6 months of this journey had me feeling like I made a major mistake, I was miserable and depressed. But when I began to feel better I started to notice positive results and that motivates me to stay in the gym, and eat right. Still working on taking in more protein, since now I'm working on toning and adding 10 pounds of pure muscle lol.
