I finally decided to do something for myself after my b-day. I wanted to be around in the long term for my family and have a healthier life. I was super nervous going into the OR, but its important to have a strong support system to help along the way. I came across this site looking for people with similar situations that I can relate to and learn from. The good definitely outweigh any bad. I cannot think of anything so bad that I regret it. My blood pressure dropped 14 points and of course, love the weightloss. It all together took me 3 months from beginning to where I am today. Do your research and stay focused.
