Hi there I need a friend, I am in the UK, and my operation is scheduled for May 6th, ironically my surgeon is one of the Fat Doctors from the show - I am paying for the op myself and researched the best surgeons and Shaw Somers and his team are the best here. However, although I know I have a great surgeon, Im terrified, truly - what worries me is the post surgery part, even in years to come, the risks of bleeding and ulcers and adhesions causing the need for more surgery up the track, are these big risks or very slight risks? I would rather be fat than die in agony or be in and out of hospital for horrid scary things.... Can anyone at all, help me make sure Im doing the right thing? Hollie
