Good luck to everyone. I too and due to be sleeved around my birthday. My surgery date is 2/13 and my birthday is 2/17. This is going to be the best present I have ever given myself.

Got my date today Surgery date is 2/13 pre op testing on the 12th. Start pelre op diet 2/3. Now I'm nervous.

Going to see the Dr tomorrow for Review appt and schedule a date.

I had to get all my appointments with the pych eval and nutritionist done beforr submitting to insurance. The pych eval was one appointment of tests and talkt to the dr for 30 mins and the next appointment was us just going over what he was going to submit. I am so excited to see my surgeon next Wednesday and get a date and start the losing journey.

I started this process April 2013. I had to complete a six month diet, see a nutritionist, psych evaluation and a pre op class.All was submitted to insurance on 12/22 and on 12/26 I was approved. I have an appt with the surgeon on 1/22 to set a date for surgery and get all my preoperative testing info. I am super excited for the change that is going to happen. Anyone else in Colorado Springs, CO?

Hello to all, I don't have a date yet. I did my pych eval on last Monday and this Monday I met with the nutritionist and get my gallbladder ultrasound. The coordinator says after Monday she will submit it all to insurance, once approved I can make a apt to come see the Surgeon and set a date. She said surgery should be in Jan as long as insurance approves. I started this journey 04/18/2013. I am excited to join this online support group and look forward to reading about all your journeys
