Dec 3 was the day and finally getting back to normal. Hw 285 sw 274 cw 254 may not of lost a lot but a lot of inches gone. Starting to drop lbs. I know I have to up calories and protein. Happy with the changes so far. It might be slow but better than nothing. Good luck to everyone. -
Same here. I feel so full today I'm trying to get my 64 in but lord it so hard. Still bloated. But I'm hoping it will pass soon. And as far as being hungry that's just a memory. Lol

Got mine the 3rd. Went great. Sore but not to bad. Not been hungry. Really don't have a chance I'm constantly sipping something. But but after 3 days (once the gas and bowels started moving lol) I am down a lot I think my scale lies. Lol sw 268 cw 255 we will see but if it's right I'm gonna do a dance! I'm happy either way it goes! -
Everything went good. A lil sore but mostly from the gas. Trying hard to keep the fluids going down. It's hard. Hope everyone else's went good too

8am I have to be there. I am hoping everything goes as planned and I get it done. Hope my liver has shrunk enough if not I say cut me from asshole to elbow I want this done. Ready to get my new beginning started and can't wait to chew again.
