  6. I've only told my family and two very close friends. I've found so many people around me look at it like an easy way out. ????
  7. That's all I've been thinking about. Steak and potatoes. Funny thing is that it's not even my favorite. ????
  8. I'm having surgery tomorrow. I'm not so much nervous about the surgery right now, but I'll probably be terrified tomorrow morning. I'm more worried about my kids and husband. This will be my first time away from them. I also keep thinking about foods I'll miss, I understand that I'll be able to eat most things again, but I just feel a sense of loss.
  9. Same thing with my doctor. He said to just "eat as healthy as I could". And follow the liquid diet the day before surgery. I'm trying to do at least two shakes a day, and have a healthy dinner.
