To my surprise I took a sip of my dh's and i couldn't stand it didn't like the way it felt/ the fizz and the taste. 6 months carbonation free.

Well its Feb.24th 2007 . I go for my fill tomorrow. I am not loosing but I am loosing inches. but you no how it is that damn scale god forbid if it doesnt move. So I figure I need to do something else so I logged onto spark people and I am gonna count calories. Even thow I think Im doing good something is going on. Well it couldnt hurt.
  16. That is what i worrried about I didnt even tell my family (mother and sisters) until the day before surgery.didnt help anyway they seemed to tell everyone they ran into.So insted of 30 lbs in a month its been like 36 lbs since oct.26th 2007. but I am happy with my desicion I would choose the band again. We do not have to explain anything to anyone. It may take us longer but we will get there.
  17. All i have to say KimBerLey is you are not alone I am experiencing the same problem I have been so fustrated. thinking ive been soo good but the scale dont move.(i havent updated my ticker in a while)I just cant figure it out. so as of yesterday I am counting calories, Ithink that is where my problem is. Well good luck.
  18. I have 6ccs in my band going for another fill (3rd) this week. I have no restrictions. I could really use it.
  19. That is such a good idea. I kept telling myself to write down what I'm eating. Because I cant figure out WHY I'm not loosing. I know it its probably the little extras i put in my mouth that you think it really don't count cause i only had 1 or 2.
  20. Ive had the same problem. The only people that new I was gonna have the surgery was my Husband and kids. This was a big decision for me I felt I couldn't tell my parents and my sisters or not that I couldn't Just that I thought they wouldn't get it. and it was about me not them I already had my mind made up.and didn't want anyone watching my every move and what if i didn't loose enough. well anyway it was bothering me that I didn't tell them so the night before the operation I called them one by one and told them, and explained I didn't want anyone to no Its up to me to tell them if i wanted to. when I'm ready. They took offense that I didn't tell them. got kinda mad at me. and the best part they all told everyone they new so every time I run into someone they talked to I find out cause I'm hit with 20 questions.
