I'm newly banded jimmyjoe, but I'll give you any tips I can. I'm losing about 1.5 pounds a week and I'm ok with my weight loss rate. My diet has been a little hard but I'm tugging along! Thanks newblew and everyone here.

Yes, I´m having my surgery on September 6th I just started my pre-op diet and so fas so good, I have gotten alot of support from my Dr. and all of his team , feels great to know I´m not alone in this.

Same here, I have been reading for a couple or months now and today decided to make the call, schedule my surgery and even sign up to the LBT so I could start posting, I have been reading the posts for a while now but never had the courage to sign up, so today was the day for me too!!!, the lap band for me is a chance to live a better and healthier life,since due to my overweight I have other problems like high blood pressure and diabetes,so I congratulate you on taking your first step too.
