ooo boy did i have 2nd thoughts but im so glad i did it cus if i didnt i probably wouldnt get off the couch lol i was banded 7/26/07 have lost 42 lbs. & lots of inches down 2 pant sizes you should really be drinking protein shakes protein is so important also you gotta know excersise is very important i workout 4-5 a week w/out it i definatly wouldnt be where i am it really gets easier expecially when you get to mushie stage good luck -
i got banded 7/26/07 start weight 238 lbs. now only 206 lbs. i thought it would happen faster i go to kickboxing 4-5 times a week i follow weight watchers get lots of water and protein is this normal in 5 months to only lose 32 lbs or am i just rushing things ???? ( i have gotten 2 fills )

i have told everyone!!!! I manage a high end beauty supply & everyone that works for me and my bosses know and my customers everyone is very supportive. i get lots of support even from the snotty (skinny) people lol why hide it people will ask you questions but thats ok i feel i educate the un-educated when they realize its not the "EASY" way out and its a tool they are impressed

i was banded 7/26/07 and since then i havent had any intrest in SEX at all is this normal if not which doc. should i talk to my gyno, therapist, or band doc. :help:

1/4 ricotta cheese (part skim) 7g Protein 2 tbls creamed spinach -------1g protein 5 plain crackers-------------- 1g protein very tasty !!!!!:clap2:

hey all i had my surgery 7/26 and doing ok except im starving all the time i have my six liquid meals a day and my gosh (a pools worth of water) 64oz.+ a day can i add an extra yougurt or something i go for my check up 8/9. Also what does PB mean ive seen people write it a few times and why will i do it?
