    I'm a hobby caker and nurse by profession. VSG 12/4/13, sweets don't have the same appeal anymore. More than a sliver of cake makes me feel yucky within 30 minutes. Best of luck to you.

    Gallbladder pain can cause pain in between shoulder blades. I had gallstones and it felt as if I had a painful knotted muscle there.

    I'm 58 years old too. I had surgery on 12/4/13. I had no complications post-op and love my sleeve. Lost 20 lbs my first month. Looking forward to many years playing with my grandkids too.
