    Syntar nectar protein is pretty good. I just received my order today and tried 2 of the packets and they don't taste too bad (compared to the protein mix at Walmart)

    The nurse told me I may not be approved because I did not lose my 5%. It was submitted to insurance last Thursday and I was approved on Tuesday!
