Hello I am Alfreida. I have been following my insurance guidelines to a "T". it has taken me 1 yr and a half to get to the final stages of this plan. I am at the point now were im doing my psych eval. For me thats my final step to have this come to fruition for me. I am excited and ready to do it... In the last 2 yrs I have gained 80 lbs, Im uncomfortable and very wek. I can hardly move without aching joints and pain. No turning back now Im doing this in Jesus name. Im ready to be an example and move forward and get out of this prison of fat cells and heart issues... :blink:
