  1. Yes! I need this topic too. I'm 4 days post op and am almost ready for the mashies in 2 days. What can I eat as far as mushies, post op and solids?
  2. I was banded 4 days ago and came upon the same exact problem! I called my doctor, and they told me that I'm eating too quickly and probably drinking a Protein shake that is too thick! Try to thin out your shakes and take at least 15 minutes for every 2 ounces that you drink. I feel so much better now. I don't have any Fluid in my band and no restriction so I didn't think it was a problem, but in followed the dr. Instructions and feel so much better.
