  4. I'm now over a year out and the only thing is for me , I still miss food like crazy and thank goodness I can't fit more then a 1/2 a cup worth of food in cause if so I'd be right back where I started lol

  8. Chinese food is my weakness although I don't have it often anymore I feel like I could eat it every day

  13. So I was almost 300 LBS last year and I'm really proud of what I've done to myself so I'm going to put up a shirtless picture for those of you that have any doubt about weight loss surgery, I also realize that I have a ways to go but this is the result of 15 months
