  1. I had my surgery 11/1/2013. I am struggling with any weight loss. So disappointed. I know I cheat, but the depression is so bad I don't even want to exercise or even try any more. I need a buddy or a group to help me get past this.

  4. Will overeating a couple of times (banding 11/1 having my first fill next week) make the stomach expand? I hope not!
  5. I will be getting my first fill next week. Good to know it doesn't hurt! My problem is that it's been 4 1/2 weeks since surgery. I lost 15 lbs right away, but it feels like I can eat alot more now so the weight loss has stopped for 2 weeks. What's up?
