  1. For the past few days I have been having issues trying to have a BM. But I will have has an a pink brownish tinged miscues in the toilet and on the tissue paper. I have absolutely no pain. Just tired but this the season to be exhausted. Has anyone else experienced this?
  2. 10/21 for me and I am stalled as well . 2 weeks and to many temptations!!
  3. Sorry I hit the wrong button. So as I was saying I don't think that I could get in the 60-80 protein a day with out a shake.i am having 1 shake a day. I also just ordered protein bars .

  7. My dr. Says between 60-80 grams of protein. How about you?.

  9. I had the sleeve . I went back to work in 2 weeks. I was very tired by the end of the week. But all in all I was fine. I took shakes and isopure with me. I am on my feet all day as a first grade teacher.

  11. I am out six weeks and my dr. Had me on real food after 4 weeks. I can't each much and really still have a shake a day. It is so hard to get the protein in. But I eat protein first. I am not trying to lose it fast. It didn't come on fast.
  12. 6 weeks out and I haven't lost anything since week four. I am getting my protein( still need a shake to help) and my liquids but I have had a bite here and there of thanksgiving goodies. It is what it is. I am still 22 lbs lighter than I was 6 weeks ago.
  13. I am 5 weeks out and I am on all real food. I am having one shake a day to help get my protein in. I haven't worked out a good schedule. Breakfast during the work week is hard for me. Lunch a shake and then what every we are having , I just do the proteins and veggies 1st.i usually have milk(skim) and a snack before bed. I did just get some protein bars to try for breakfast.

  15. I had the same problem. I was allergic to the glue. He told me to take Benadryl .
  16. Yes cooked. the scale is a great investment. I got mine on amazon for 15$
  17. I am 3 weeks post and I am doing well. Weekend I will make a mini scramble eggs with low fat cheese a bake os Usually a shake for lunch and Isopure for Protein then what every we make for dinner. A protein. chicken or fish so far an mash potatoes ( one spoonful) and 1 spoon full of veggies. ( I usually cannot eat all of the dinner. Sometimes I save it for the next night. During the workweek Breakfast a shake Lunch tuna Snack - peaches Dinner Snack- usually skim milk But I checked today and ha a homemade chocolate chip cookie( very small)
  18. Was sleeved 2.5 weeks ago. I have a terrible headache, what can I take Tylenol or Motrin . I know that dr. Said that I couldn't take something but I cannot remember which one.
  19. I am 2.5 weeks out. I am on soft foods. But I am finding myself taking a bite of a corn muffin , or a bite of a cookie. I am getting all my protein in and most of my liquid. I am amazed that I can eat this stuff. A weekend ago a bite of tuna was difficult. I am between 600 and 800 calories. But boy all the temptations are here. I appreciate this site. Reading posts have been do helpful. It's going to be a struggle ... Thanks to all for being here
