  1. Thank you... Sorry haven't been on here in a while. It is a battle and I think I'm slowly over coming it.
  2. Hey AZ, did u finance with Dr. Gutierrez? If so who did u finance through?
  3. CGJ- it sure is a kind game... One day, maybe one day because I'm getting married and we want kids, ill do some plastics, but for now I have to save for my future and new home! ????
  4. Yeah I don't wanna be a side zero. I'm perfectly fine with 4-6 just gotta get this extra skin outta my head and be happy I'm smaller than I wanted to be
  5. Ashelaine- Thank you so much for the pictures, ur pictures and all of you ladies inputs really made me realize I'm not alone and I'll never be perfect. Plastics or not. I guess I can hide my imperfections with what I wear, I use spanx like things already , maybe I'll go shopping soon to find some cute outfits. Thank u all so much!!!
  6. Kindle- thanks for the reply, I am happy with my results, honestly, I got smaller than I wanted, I just hate that this loose skin gets in my weigh and I still have a stomach because of skin. That's where my insecurity comes from. I knew I wouldn't be perfect and I don't want to be but this stuff bothers me. I have this apron and stomach and certain shorts and dresses I can't wear because of my issue. Thank U for the advice. I'll just have to get over it somehow.
  7. CGJ- thank you for such great advice. I was just telling my sister about my dis morphia issues and I have to learn to deal with them or find some kind of support group. It's making me crazy every now and then and I hate the feeling. You probably are right, if I lost more that it may look worst. I'm going to do done research and try to help myself and allow my brain to catch up with my change. Thank you!
  8. Thanks ash for the reply, I just hope if I lose more it'll help my loose skin, but I'm not sure. I'm so insecure and feel so lost and I feel like I lost all this weight to look saggy and it makes me sad.
  9. Great advice CGJ! I wish there were hills here, but I love in Texas, where there is no hills. Just flat land. I will google HIIT and see what I find. You're awesome!
  10. Thanks for all the great suggestions. I know I have to exercise, I said I was bored of my routine and wanted opinions in something new. Maybe I will get a bike?!? Thanks! I think I'm going to do a combo of HIIT like CGJ says as well as protein and veggies like daisy mentioned. I would do 5:2 ladies, but I can't. I'm a type one diabetic . And the one month I did it, my sugar dropped like crazy and I was always weak and my body couldn't handle it. I wish it would've worked for me, but it didn't ;/. I appreciate all the input!! Any other inputs r welcome!
  11. Hey, I am a little over 2 years out, I've gone from 250 to 160-165 and I decided to get to 140-145. Right now at 5'6" I am large for my frame and height. I range from sizes 4-6 and still wear some 8's. What bothers me is that I still have a stomach and loose skin combined. I know I'll need plastics one day but right now I have to save money for my wedding in 3 months!! Anyways, I need some advice on starting over. I haven't worked out in a few months because I got "bored" with my routine and scared to try new things. Should I just start over with liquids? I still have restriction and try to stick no low low carb, like 20-30 a day because it keeps my blood sugar perfect (type 1 diabetic) . I need help with these last 20 pounds.... Please!!! Thank you!
  12. Sleeved July 2012 by him..., best experience in my life!
  13. Wow , so sorry to hear about all of those mishaps you had. Thank you and u know what's funny? Dr. Victor Gutierrez was my first choice, so when the time is right I will choose him. Sorry again!
  14. I know CGJ, I wish I had the funds to be able to afford my LBL and thigh lift, times r just tough and I'm trying to learn to deal with ur. Thank you.
  15. Aww I wish, but I wasn't able to, not sure if that's a good thing or not?? I wanted it soooo bad!
  16. I'll be two years postop July 7th. Went to G. Alvarez in MX. I live in humble.
  17. This is a problem I have every day. Next month I will be two years post op vsg. I was 250 dos and now am 158. Before this I said I wanted to be 150 in a size 10, I'm 5'6"... Today I'm 158 in a 4-6... But for some reason I can't get any lower, now I want to be 140 because I still have a muffin top and some skin issues so I still feel fat. If I get to 140, I'll be a medium frame for my height , but I don't know if ill ever get there...
  18. I totally understand! I've been type one for 17 years and it stinks. After my sleeve 22 months ago, I stick to a very low carb eating plan 20-30 carbs a day and I stay away from bread, rice and pasta. I literally take 3-5 units of insulin (if needed) and I pretty much manage without it. Drink your water and eat some protein. Hope u feel better.
  19. I'm a sleever but the way to help me is making kale and veggie chips. Thinly slice them on a Mandoline and dehydrate them or bake them at 225 for 30-45 min until Crispy. Use olive oil and seasonings of your choice then make some ranch dip with Greek yogurt. Yum!
  20. I was born in park plaza!
  21. Thanks, I just really need to find a new regime and feel so lost! It's been 22 months since my sleeve and I'm still not at goal. ;(
  22. That sounds like a great idea. I need something to work. I'm incorporating weights more now and cardio. We shall see, I hate this muffin top!
  23. I feel so lost! Ladies what r u doing to get these last 20 off?
  24. I'm 5'6" and 160 in a 4/6, at almost 3 years in July I still want to lose 15 -20 more pounds
