I would say don't wait any longer, add benefiber to your Water now. I had been constipated and it is horrible... Couldn't push and cried while sitting in the toilet. It wont hurt to start the benefiber now... Good luck!!!

Don't feel bad, it is never too late to come back... I think that this is great, we can benefit from everyone's experiences , even if you think that is something not very important it could be for someone having that same issue... Keep it up and forget about scales for a week... Let's be happy and enjoy our new life!

Ohhh wow... Thank you all!!! I feel a lot better now with your advices. I am going to start measuring myself because I do note some shrinking... Maybe use the scale once a week will be a good idea, but I have it in the bathroom and it is soooo tempting to stand on it every day... Thank you ladies... Besides the stall I am doing good. I had some constipation issues solved with benefiber added to my water. I am still having some pain on my side and not able to sleep in any on my sides yet... THIS GROUP SUPPORT IS GREAT, thanks!!!!

I am on my 3rd week post op. According to the doctor's scale I've lost 21 pounds. I am stall right now, my scale hasn't move in the last 4 days I am eating exactly what I was told by my dietician... This makes me think negative like when before my surgery I would put myself on a diet and not lose pounds at all... Maybe the surgery wasn't a solution for me?? I feel very frustrated now ... I have my 2 weeks post op appt tomorrow morning... I hope everything goes well and my dietician clears me to start soft foods.. I'll let you know when I come back. I am going with my best friend. We had surgery 2 weeks apart... We both have appt tomorrow... Good night everyone!!
