  2. Milk go magnesia did not work for me. I used the smooth moves tea & it worked, you can get it at Walgreens

  5. 1st meal with soft foods!!! 1/4 egg w 1/4 toast!!! Omg!!!! So great to chew my food!!!
  6. Protein shakes are killin me! They feel so heavy
  7. I can tolerate the apple melon, the orange made me want to puke. They aren't the best tasting things but hey they work. Plus I'm sick of the premier protein shakes.

  9. Isopure is saving me right now! Got 40 grams of protein in & 20 oz of fluid. I hate to dish out $6 a bottle but if that's what it takes I gotta do it!
  10. Yes! Thank goodness no cramps or PMS! But the flow is so heavy & it's been days!!! I just want it to stop. I feel like this is why I haven't dropped any lbs in 4 days.
