  1. I felt like I had good in my throat so to takeu own advice and the advice I was given I made my bites the size of a pencil eraser and it works marvelously ! It's hard to eat that small of bites but I have many more things to learn as I travel this road of a walnut size tummy! With all of you along side me of course. This forum is the first thing I look at when I pick up my phone! Glad you are all with me for this ride.

  22. The feeling full feeling is hard to describe but i listen to what my body tells me . What I have been told that when I start eating it should not be more than a cup which will include meat, veggies etc. You can stretch out the stoma which I believe is the bottom part that goes to your intestines. Also remember that your stomach is still healing!
  23. Actually my daughter and sil pan fry it without grease just spray Pam and she does sprinkle a very small amt of flour on it so I want her to show me how! I am however gonna have hubby grill me some fish on grill! I do not like to cook but finding different ways to eat seafood could prove to be fun!
  24. Hopingnomeds I am going to buy filleted flounder from a seafood market so hopefully no bones! Also later I can't wait to have me some shrimp boiled of course and crab! I think I also discovered that my pouch doesn't like refried beans! I just ate the middle out of a soft taco and it didn't make my stomach react the way beans did!
