  1. I've reached the point where I can eat puréed foods. I need suggestions on foods. I'm a big fish eater and I would love some salmon... Hellllllp
  2. Hello I had my surgery on the 17th of October. I just started puréed yesterday. I to was unable to tolerate the protein drinks. I purchased the Isopure protein drinks from luckyvitamin.com. They're good and it's 40 grams protein per bottle. Which is more than half of your recommended daily intake.
  3. My pre-op diet was simple. I couldn't take in more than 1000 calories for two weeks. My cousin was on a two week liquid diet. It depends on your surgeon.
  4. Hello I'm new to this group. I had surgery 2weeks ago. I've just reached the "puréed food stage." However I find myself wanting food but I'm not hungry. I lost 16lbs the first week. Not sure about this week
