Please try to not be sad. When I would extreme diet, and I did this alot... I would tell myself...you live in America...you can eat food anytime you want..wherever you want. Which is true...it's one of our problems..it's eveywhereeeee. So I would take a deep breath..remind myself..it's not going anywhere . It's not the last supper. Don't be sad...just hang in there.
