  1. My starting weight was 341 currently 319, I do work out but just been doing cardio walking on treadmill and step aerobics.
  2. I am in south jersey looking for a support group for sleevers I am hittting some road blocks . I am having difficulty in loosing I got sleeved 10/24 and only down 25 lbs I know that every one is different but I wish I was getting better results
  3. It is very true that different doctirs tell hou different things to do a For the same procedure. I had a situation were I was going to a dr. For the surgery to be completed there and found out my insurance would. Ot allow that hospital and had to chabge. The new doctor did not do anything the previois doc had instructed. It is crazy but just do as you are instructed and you will be fine
  4. That is great Seela I had surgery on 10/24 and onky down 20 pounds. I am happy for that but feel like some tine it is not coming off quick enough lol

  6. Sleeved on Oct 24th Weighed 341 Follow up visit 330 Down 11 lbs My goal is not a number it is a size 14 or 12 . I am having a problem getting my protein in. Trying but do not have a appetite I am focusing on staying hydrated. I know it will all come in time. Staying prayerful
  7. I am post op sleeve 10 days and I am experiencing lower back pain. This pain is very painful where I considered going to.emergency I am.going to call my PCP to see if the surgery contributed to the problem. I hope things get better for you!

  10. Today is my 5th day after surgery I feel so so much better. I struggled so much my first 3 days as I'd I did not make t he right decision. No pain meds for me today at all . I went out the home for the first time and i walked with ease. I am having trouble getting my fluid intake in I am only up to drinking 20 oz. Of water and not much of anything else. Today I was able to eat a sugar free jello and 1sugar free popsicle. I am so looking forward to this experience. Sleevers this site has been a blessing to me. Thank u all for all the info and experiences shared by others!
  11. Yes I feel the same way about taking the pills too. I just want toget pass th is rough stage. But taking my time to learn about this new life ahead OF me
  12. Thanks for the feedback I got sleeved 3 days ago and I do think it is hard but if it came that easily we would not have been sleeved. I am taking all of it in and try to cope with the change. Thanks so much for all the suggestion and comments.
  13. I had surgery on 10/24 and came home on 10/25 . I am feeling a luttle out of source and really scared to try anything other than water and chicken brith. Have any newbies experience the sam feelings
