    pregnancy after sleeve

I am 4 months pregnant. I found out on January 14th of this year which was my one year anniversary to my surgery. I was down 110 lbs in one year and had 20 more to go. I feel very blessed to be pregnant but am very nervous because I gained so much weight already. I hope I can go back to my healthy eating after the baby is born and get down to my pre baby weight. Any suggestions are appreciated!
  2. I was sleeved on 1/14. I am so bloated and still holding a ton of fluid. My doc has me on liquids for the next 2 weeks. I dont know what my weight is right now but I know im bigger than what I was pre op. Everyone says hang in there its all worth it and i made the best choice. I cant wait to feel that way!

    Any Pa sleevers?

I cant believe how common gastric sleeve is. I wish I knew about it sooner. Im glad I learned of this site. Just reading other posts makes me feel good and helps ease this pre op diet. I wish I can just sleep for the next 8 days!
  4. I wear everything 2 times before washing unless I have my period then I wash pants after one wear.

I cant believe I am sabataging my surgery after all I have gone through to get here. I promised myself I will start fresh tomorrow. I know if I ruin this it is no ones fault but my own. HELP!!!

    I'm starting the process

My surgery is scheduled for 1/14/14. I've done all of the requirements: QUIT SMOKING 11/6/2013, 3 hour Consultation with surgeon, nurse practitioner, and nutritionist, pre screening labs, sleep study, cardiac consultation, endoscopy, pre op testing, lab work, ekg, chest xray. My doctor also periodically checks nicotine levels prior to surgery. These are just baby steps into what I believe will be a life long journey as the journey does not stop once the surgery is done. Im very excited to start this new chapter of my life. As most people who have chosen this route, I've battled weight issues my entire life. I look forward to wanting to take pictures again, wearing a bathing suit, and clothes shopping. I know none of thuis will happen over night, but I do know that every day that I wake up I am one step closer.

    Just beginning

I am also new here. I haven't even seen the doctor yet. I am attending a seminar about this surgery and it was recommended to try this site for helpful information. I am absolutely sure I want to do this, and reading the forums and posts just make me more sure about my decision. Best of luck to you.
