  4. im 3 weeks post op and I will I can eat anything.. only pureed food im eating is my Protein shake. I am able to keep protein meat down like grilled chicken, pork, and soft veggies.   7. How do you experienced banders deal with sweets? I have sugar free popsicle the dr said I can have but that isnt doing the job. I don't eat a lot of sweets but when I do its on the sugarfree side anyway. Any suggestions? Sent from my SCH-I545 using LapBandTalk

  10. Yes! I just called my dr I had them and literally drop to my knees! She said its just gas and to move around. a heating pad works. Take some gas ex to help. Its normal. Sent from my SCH-I545 using LapBandTalk
  11. I had the same feeling I have tried warm salt Water and the pressure got better it either went to a burp or a poot. Also did yall doctor give medicine? My dr gave me liquid lortabs and that helps (of course) Sent from my SCH-I545 using LapBandTalk
  12. I have tried the gas x pills, trying to make myself burp, etc. From what seems to work for me is a couple sips of warm salt water. I drank this and that feeling either went up in a burp and/or down in a poot. I feel so much relief so for those maybe you should try this for that feeling.
  13. Yes! Mine has gotten better with the bending over. I had to sleep on the couch for the first 5 days until I was able to lay in the bed. For me it hurt too bad

  15. hello, im one week post op tomorrow i feel good no more soreness but has anyone experienced sharp pain where i believe the port is? I don't get it a lot seems like since i been moving and being mobile more it seems to come.
