Hello my friends. I'm writing you this feeling a little sad for the old me and happy for the healthy me fighting to come out...so it's 3am my time (I live in Hawaii) and I just came back from a very big birthday party, they had lots of food so I brought with me my shakes and pudding did very well didn't eat anything there. However my family took plates and plates of leftovers. So now I'm in my room thinking about how good the food would taste and etc. But I'm fighting it because I'll have my surgery in 3 days! Which means I can free the healthy me. This is the hardest thing I've ever done! And I will not break now! I keep telling myself that for YEARS the old me won and in order for the New healthy me to come out I need to change and not break because of temptation. 3 more days until surgery! Still holding on. ????

Liquid diet update: I have 5 days left and I'm down 9 lbs amazing. I did call my nutritionist and confessed my cheats lol. She said I was ok but I really need to push through and continue. ???? I'm doing it!

Today is day 4. I have 6 more days to go. So tough and on top of it my family is having a birthday party this Saturday not sure if im going. Everyone there knows I'm having the surgery and they will support but I'm afraid that I will sneak some food when people are not looking. Lol crazy I know. I want to go because I want to learn self control. Lets see...????

wow soooo sorry to hear that! Not everyone is going to like what you're doing. I have the surgery on the September 11 and I only told my close friends. You have support here. I know it will get better for you.

wow you are very lucky! I don't understand why everyone is different but from what I'm starting to understand is that it's about very low fat intake and cal to shrink your liver. I have to be on all liquids and it's tough...but only 8 more days to go. ???? lol good luck to you!

oh I see what you mean. Ok. Thanks....yeah, I lost 20lbs already and the 10 days is supposed to shrink my liver. so in my mind when I chewed something I was really freaking out because I tought I blew it. ???? ok well no matter what I stick it out to the end.

Ok everyone I need some major help here. It's day two of my 10 day liquid and I did cheat twice. 7 crackers yesterday and bread today. ???????? I bought some pudding (which is allowed for me) so I'm hoping that it will help with my cravings. Did I blow it or am I ok?? I feel like calling my nutritionist and confessing. I want to work hard and stick to it for my last 8 days. Am I ok?

Ok so, today is the day. My 10 day liquid diet starts today. I'm looking forward to it because I've prepared myself and looked at all the wonderful progress everyone is making here and I'm ready to be part of it.

Hey everyone, just returned from the supermarket. I bought everything I need to start my 10 day liquid diet on September 1st. For breakfast: chocolate protein shake with a banana (blended together). Morning snack plain yogurt. Lunch: chicken veggie soup (blended to make it smooth). Snack: pudding. Dinner: same as lunch. Night snack pudding. That's it! I drink water with a little bit of Crystal light. I'm happy I got my diet approved because so far I really like eating everything I'm going to have for the next 10 days. ????

Hello everyone! ! Great news I'm finally here. I now have my surgery date and I'm nervous and excited at the same time! I start my liquid diet on the 1st for 10 days. Buying the rest of my food this weekend. I'm am so ready to start this next chapter of feeling, looking and being healthy.
