  3. I had the gastric bypass July 22. I weighed 260lbs. I had no health issues other then being over weight . I decided to have the surgery because I have struggled with my weight for years and didn't want to gain weight and develop health issues as I got older. This is a learning process for me . I now weigh 216lbs and my goal is 150lb. My other goal is to learn to eat good healthy foods and learn a good work out regimen.
  4. I Am 2 months post op and in need of a list if drinks . I drink flavored water everyday and would like to drink something else! Any suggestions would be great!!
