  2. Don't worry. I went through that as well tried a few things in the "you know better" category and instantly got turned off. Fries where my first love, now today 6 months post-op they still turn me off and make me feel awful. After weeks of cleansing your system and your pallet you are now tasting all those nasty preservatives and artificial additives that you ate so much of over the years. My love of starch has been replaced with a love for vegetables. My tolerance for sugar and salt have decreased severely ands for that I am grateful. Try making your own juices at home with organic fruits. It'll get better. I promise. Good luck.
