  2. Thank you! I think I've been lucky so far the recovery is going really well no complications or anything. I know what I have to eat for now just the first few weeks after surgery but what about after that when u get on real food any delicious healthy recommendations?
  3. Hey guys, My name is Jimmy and I've just had my RNY surgery on Sept 2nd I'm American living in the Netherlands. The surgery went extremely well I was out of the hospital in 28 hours the worst part was the surgical staples they used to close the 5 small incisions they were so uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. I guess I'm looking for some other guys for a little support group. Like what's good to eat what kind of work outs do you do stuff like that. Alright take it easy!
