I found out today that I hate protein powder, I'd rather buy the pre-made protein drinks. The smell of powder makes me sick but If you add Torani syrup It actually taste okay

Do you like cottage cheese? yuck! I hate It..But a friend of mine who also had Rny she tld me that my taste buds will change. And lol I know what you mean about that pureed meat uggh!! Sounds really gross... But hey you never know It might taste delicious hahaha..
