  5. I am sorry that your family is negative about the choice you have made to become healthy. I would love then from afar and focus on my goal, being healthy, although you love them and would respect their support, they just do not see your point of view of wanting to be healthy. I respect your decision . My family has been very supportive and I am glad that I told them. But remember you have us and we support you. Good luck and please keep us posted on your journey.

  16. Hi everyone , I have just began my journal and will have to do a 6 month weight management as required by my insurance. I have had my first seminar as well as my first consultation . I am so excited, that I am on this path, I have a psy eval next month and i am looking forward to it because this will be another item I can check off of my todo list. I am hoping that my six month requirements flys by fast so that I may stay on track and have my surgery in the begining of Jan 2014. I am looking forward to learning and sharing ideas, thoughts, frustrations with everyone. I have selected Henry Ford Macomb in Clinton Twp as my desired place to began this new journal after attending a seminar held by Sally Green who is great by the way. I have not yet met anyone who has had the procedure done yet but I am hoping that I will soon.
