Just went to Aeropostale and fit into a pair of 38 slims......5 months ago I was in a size 50....The feeling to be able to shop for clothes any where again is Awesome!!!!!!

Staples came out today....on to the pureed meal plan...life is good!!!!!

I was also concerned about not being able to drink water for so long....I remember the day after surgery laying there using the oral swab they give to to wet your lips .....When they were not looking i sucked all the water off....before you know it your taking little sips and it feels great.....Then the doc comes in and says you can have crystal lite. That is HEAVEN...... I remember thinking i would pay 50 bucks a glass for that crystal lite it was so good....but i was in the hospital so i probably did LOL

Back home...got discharged at 11:00.....feeling pretty good. Wishing everyone best of luck and speedy recovery.

I get to have my first protein shake at 5:30 no more oral swabs and sipping water.

When they say you can walk around. .even if it hurts a little. .walk around...it helps tremendously with the gas and bloating

Been out of surgery for a few hours now..doing ok..I have been for walk...I feel your pain on the bloating..for a while there I felt like I was going to explode. .so far the bloating has been the worst part
