  2. Thanks for taking time to respond. I was giving a list by my nutritionist on the ones she recommended. Trying to figure out which are more tolerable. Good luck your having your surgery on my birthday! I am going for my pre-op appointment/class this week. I probably will receive most of my answer. Once again thanks.
  3. Good morning I'm new hear. I've been reading comments and I am going through the same. My date was set for August 19, 2013. I also have been eating too much. I feel like crap. I was told if I gain weight they won't do the surgery and I have gain since the first appointment.
