It is amazing I made this before surgery but I used strawberry cream cheese whip cream snd a little sugar for v the topping..of course u could modify it..but it was super yummy -

I'm 15 days today post op and I felt the same I cried over everything felt like vi made a mistake but looking at the 21 pounds iv lost and how much better I feel in such a short period of time it made me feel better. Everyday is a struggle but you really need to have a support team itv truly helps. ..good luck how you feel better
