i wish i would have known more about complications and had an idea that id be the person with every problem. if you have a gallbladder even with no problems find a doc who will take it out during your procedure protein and water and just how important they truly are

Ok my exercise goal for January is to swim 3+ x weekly and get 3-5 miles in each week and work on planking I'm starting at 5 a day since I'm a newbie but want to hit 25 by the end of the month

Havent been on for forever but I am officially 7 weeks post op and while I have had my share of complications I am so glad to say that I am down 46 almost 47 lbs since leaving the hospital. I love my surgeon dr inman at st v and have been pretty pleased even with the complications.
