  1. Wow!! Congrats to all of you!! Looks like everyone is doing very well.. Sometimes I feel like I'm doing something wrong because I am loosing very slowly, or i think i am. i am at a little over 60lbs total loss from when I started this journey, I have lost about 40lbs since my surgery on 6/12/13. Water, vitamins and many other things make my tummy hurt on a daily basis. I just started adding lemon, hoping that will help. Still have only met my fluid goal once since surgery, anyone else struggle with that problem? Overall, I am trying to stay positive and keep in mind that all of these struggles will pay off huge in the long run.. I have my 3 month check up/class this coming Monday. Keep up the good work everyone!
  2. Way to go LilBoo007.. Keep up the good work.
  3. Ladies.. It is so nice to hear that I am not alone in the way I feel some days.. Had a bad day yesterday and was starting to think that I was crazy.. Nauseous all the time and exactly 3 weeks out today, weight loss is very slow, I need to do better with my fluid and protein intake. I would rather loose a hand then eat greek yogurt or cottage cheese. I try to take my day one hour at a time, I know that this will be so worth it in the long run. One more week of pureed then on to soft for two weeks, can't wait to join my family for some grilled chicken & fresh veggies from our garden on my first day of my forever lifestyle. Ok, enough of my ranting for the night, hope each & every one of you starts to feel better soon.
  4. Hello All.. Almost 3 weeks pre-op 6/12/13 was my big day. One of my worst days today for nausea, sick all day and it was my first day back to work, so glad it was only half day. Other than that the weight is coming off, I think slower than it should but since I am so nauseous all the time it is so hard to get my liquids in. Sometimes the thought of drinking, chewing my pills and eating just sickens me.. I know this is just a phase and it will get better, just venting and feeling sorry for myself.. So happy I found this App, it is nice to know I am not alone..

Seriously!!! Between vitamins, eating and trying to get my water in I feel like poo!
  6. I am on all chewable and liquid forms of vitamins. My B1 i cut into 4 pieces and one capsle that I open up and mix with apple sauce. The whole vitamin routine is quite a pain but mandatory!
  7. Can't wait to eat some jerky.. Sick of my pureed diet!
