Had a bad day today.....I'm allowed to eat puréed and I puréed a meatball with alittle sauce. Well, about 5 minutes after I was vomiting for about an hour. I don't know if I ate too fast or didn't chew well enough or if I just can't eat this ever again. My Dr. Said liquids for the next 2 days only! I'm so sick still feel like yuck. Anyone else had this issue? I'm so scared of screwing things up.

Tried syntax nectar unflavored today in my crystal light iced tea. Soooooo much better than the other powders I tried. Got 3 drink down today. Feel less tired.

Ok is anyone else worried they might loose too much weight? I just went to dr today and I had surgery 6/4 and I'm down 38lbs! Am I doing something wrong? Dr said no it was great but I'm worried about the future. Will I get sickly skinny? I'm not a fan of that look. Maybe it's just the shock of losing that much that quick but I thought it would be alittle more gradual.

Hi, anybody else freezing all the time? I had surgery on 6/4 and lately I'm soooo cold. It wasn't cold outside yesterday and I was driving in the car with the heat on. Thanks.

Hi, I'm from Pepperell, Mass, had surgery 6/4 down30 so far. Still on liquids hoping to go on purée tomorrow. -
Hi all new to this so bear with me...had gastric bypass June 4th. Miss food so much can't start purée phase till next week. But lost 15 so far.
