  5. My new coworkers when I go from area to area see my name tag and don't believe it's me. Say my picture looks totally different.
  6. Yes I've been experimenting with mine off and I think my sleep apnea is alot better..I'm waking up not groggy and no killer headache. I'm hoping soon I can do away with it

  10. Good luck on your surgery. U will feel so much better will be unstoppable now!! Indeed I am flabbergasted when I ready about people losing that much when I think about how I'm losing slow.
  11. I was on the lower end of the spectrum with my bmi I qualified with my comorbidities with a bmi of 37 day of surgery. I was heavier and managed to lose down to 213. All the fears and insecurities I think we have are pretty much the same. Is like we are desperately hoping and praying this works.

  13. It might have been easier cause it was toasted but no pain and no getting stuck..win!!! chicken is my kryptonite. I was so happy about this one meal I was like a little kid at Christmas. Really my 1st trial with bread. Will only be rare occasions.
  14. I had..a piece of bacon broken in bits with tomato slices and laid between 2 pieces of toast. The most amazing meal I've had since surgery. Tolerated it well and was surprised.
  15. A good note I will have some to donate to goodwill. Some of my stuff had to go...of course!! I had a former coworker bring some clothes I'm just dying to get into.
  16. Good luck to him. I'm sure he will do great with u there to show him the ropes
  17. My husband looks at the recently played...lol..he asks why so I want to watch so much odd or depressing things
