Hi I an in nz and had GBP 13 days ago. HW 137kg ( I am 170 cm) went on Optifast 2 weeks before op and lost 10 kg! SW 126 kg and current weight 120 kg - weighing in Tuesdays otherwise I get obsessed!!!! I worried for 5 months beforehand as had cardiac arrest last surgery But had a great surgical team and apart from gas at first am doing fine Every day gets better and lots of info on here I also discovered the world according to egg - what a great site !!! Great decision mimz

Success - day 8 - surprising thing is , this is not a subject I would have ever discussed pre- GBP !! Thanks for your comments

Hello I had GBP on 6 th May - am I sharing this anniversary with anyone else - would like to track and support . Heaviest weight 137 kg, pre op 126 kg and first weigh day tomorrow

Thanks ladies - terrible cramp wind pains but doc says normal as fluids only..... Walk walk walk - looking forward to first weigh in on Tuesday ( week 1 post op)

Have one more week on fluids then 2 on purée - help.....

I can't seem to find answers and was on fluids 3 days prior to op and now 7 days post op with no motions! Had benefiber daily but still nothing - how long folks????

Great job - what exercise did you do and what's the total weight loss as you dont appear to have loose skin!!! Well done
