My drinks are 20-30g protein & 160-170 calories (20/-25 from fat) each @ 11oz then mostly 1-2 powerade zero and my "coffee" lol a sugar free rockstar somedays only 20calories/can so far broth is gross so i never ate it after one time -

What type? All liquid? How many calories? I started 4/26/13 liquid 750 calorie something healthy to eat (ex,apple) -

Jus started pre op liquid last friday i go in on 5/10/13 im in sonoma county but im getting it done at UCSF

I was supposed to start last friday on liquid diet i had some vegtables saturday a bite of cake a few bites of chicken sunday n some lunch meat and soup monday night other then that mostly my supplement drinks and other liquids. I hope all goes good. . . .
