  2. Well I had my surgery on Monday and it is Thursday and I'm feeling pretty good. Still taking a little bit of pain medication but less and less. I'm sipping and walking but not nearly enough. I'm going to work harder at it. Love sugar fee Popsicles though. Feels good to be on the losers bench finally.
  3. Some days are easier than others. I used to drink one diet coke a day. I'm not a coffee drinker but I miss that one diet coke!! Where are you having your surgery?
  4. Lucky you. All clear liquids for 10 days. Protein shakes, sugar free jello and Popsicles, broth and water. Yum! I've lost 8 pounds since I started. I need at least 60 grams of protein a day. Plus I'm taking B12. Everyday gets easier. When I get hungry I go for a walk.
