Zeroette may I ask your starting weight and when u had everything done I'm so nervous

I'm not tired just can't get my sugar leveled out

I am six days in and passed out yesterday and have been very light headed and dizzy anyone else experience this

My dr has me doing it because it helps to shrink your organs especially your liver it helps to see better laparoscopic

Iggs I'm the same way when I did all my preadmission testing it all hit me that this is real and happening I was very overwhelmed and the pre op diet scared me but I lost 18 lb in five days so now there is more excitement then anything right now

I am so excited started my pre op diet last tuesday weighed 403 at the start of it weighed in a few minutes ago and I'm down 18 lbs now I super excited

I tried injury strawberry sorbet and thought it was awful ugh

I have had that powder as well add a packet of Splenda and I bought sugar free torani syrups located in the coffee aisle the add nothing but flavor and make a world of difference and the triple chocolate is the best one of those as it needs no additive you can also use pure vanilla it help as well just things I have found to help I am four days in on the diet for pre op Surgery date May 1 st

I am following it like I am supposed to and I am on day four but I am so sick feeling today and my head is pounding I know for me it will be awesome my heaviest weight was 432 down to 400 before committing to surgery and at 397 as of yesterday I just hate feeling sick like this

I'm beyond nervous and having some trouble with my pre op diet ugh

Can we share pre op wait and then ask what others have lost since surgery I am just so scared of failing

Just home from preadmission testing and final appointment with the dr lost three pounds since starting pre op diet it all became a reality today has anyone else had the sense of being overwhelmed by emotions ?

Lookingforward16 where are you from mine is liquid based but since I was allowed the fruit in the shakes I just allowed to eat it

Day two pre op down and going better today than yesterday did find out I am allowed to eat some fresh fruit I was supposed to add to shakes but since I am using sugar free flavored syrups that add absolutely nothing but taste to my diet I can have the fruit on the side so that was a blessing

These first couple of days are ging to be the hardest I think or at least I hope

Hi my name is misty I am 37 and have been obese my entire life I am two weeks pre op and feeling very overwhelmed I was always against the surgery but last nov my Bp was so out of control my dr told me I was a stroke waiting to happen I have tried diet after failed diet and I am scared of failing with this ad well hoping to find some people near me I am pretty new to the north central alabama area having my surgery may 1st .... Open to any suggestions or tips anyone has

I just put it in to taste about a tbsp per 6 ounce shake and I have mixed flavors right now I used the vanilla protein with chocolate and raspberry syrup and to me took the odd taste outta the protein

I started my meal replacement today I have found that adding torani sugar free flavored syrups to the vanilla protein powder enhances the flavor but doesn't change the calories or carbs

Hey guys I am fairly new here start my pre op diet nothing but protein meal replacement shakes Looking fwd to the surgery on May 1st but still very nervous anyone in the Birmingham or north central alabama area having surgery soon?
