It's perfectly normal. You're losing a little fat and, more importantly, it's a low calorie diet. Your body just forsn't have the extra calories to burn right now. It gets better. My super-coldness started passing lastinth (7 months out). If I have a few low cal days or get sick, I still get super cold.
Hi,
I'm in Toronto. I had my surgery on August 30th at St. Mike's Hospital. Managed to escape without any complications or dumping.
I started at 304 and am down to 200.
Hi,
My surgery was on August 30th. I also had to refocus. Since I don't dump, sometimes I just forget.
I've list 104 pounds and am sitting at 200 pounds.
Been battling a transfer addiction to shopping. Does anyone else have that problem? Paying down a massive credit card bill from shopping online. I've never had that problem before.
I stalled for 3 weeks when I was 3 weeks out. It freaked me out. I've noticed that whenever the scale stops moving, I seem to lose inches. I call it my body rearranging itself. I'm 8 months out and list 2 pounds in all of March. So far I've lost 8 pounds in April. Your body just needs a break to adjust. Having little stalls gives you more time for your skin to snap back. It's a good thing and perfectly normal. Totally frustrating though.
Try mixing it with skim milk to boost your protein. I've been drinking sugar-free hot chocolate since I was a month out and haven't had a problem. I even drop on a little light whip cream when I'm feeling wild.
