  1. I had surgery on April 2nd, 2013 in Tiajuana. My surgeon was Dr. Garcia and I have had zero complications. My starting weight was 289 and I am currently 232. My surgery was at Mi Hospital and they took very good care of me.

  4. I had surgery 4-2-13. I am down 57 pounds but the weight loss has really slowed yet I am no where near goal weight. I am having trouble gettn my protein and water in...any suggestions? I am really frustrated

  6. I am 10 days post op and a friend of mine had RNY with another surgeon and her diet was alittle more leniate than mine. So I mushed up an avacado and ate it one evening for dinner. Then I looked at my diet and it calls for full liquids til next wednesday. Have I hurt myself or stretched my pouch? I can't come all this way and fail now...please help

  8. I too am a April 2013 post surgery player. I am 6 days post op and doing well. My only prob is the smell of real foood makes me think I am starvin but I know I am not. I need to begin vitamins any suggestions for the best value? My budget is tight

    12 hours post op, feeling good. little sore and little gas pains this far. been up walking. main complaint is thirsty. im new to this site and just hoping to make some friends and travel this journey with them
